At Solaris Japan, we strive for customer satisfaction and allow returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that pre-owned items and certain limited-edition collectibles are subject to specific inspection criteria prior to refund approval.
Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team via the help desk within 7 days of receiving your order to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Authorization and Documentation
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to package your item.
Shipping the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to our Japanese warehouse using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
